Here are the two new PCPS Tonjok Barang mini combat axes I now offer. These are greatly improved in all areas. FYI, both shown here are the same exact size even though the angle of the photo makes one look larger. I have no good lighting here to take perfect pictures at the moment and with a flash and their mirror polish everything reflects. This is not a kerambit that you can get caught up in clothes we wear in the west like you can with a curved short karambit which is why I don’t like them. But with these, you can hook and move incoming weapons away from you and still have the power to cut and chop as needed. The metal finger ring has a pointed end to utilize nerve and muscle strikes for disarms etc. Of course, the first thing I’m sure you see is it is now available with a full serrated axe edge. We never had this before and it's stunning, to say the least. The axe head itself, on both, has a longer sweeping more beautiful cutting edge as well. The back point is longer and more robust. You could even break glass with that part i needed. The top edge is now very sharp. The pinpoint nerve striking point on the ring is now a long triangular spear point. Longer for better results. Because of this new spear point, the sheath now comes with a snap on ring spear -protector which covers it when worn, which is snapped on the axe holster as desire. The ring itself is a larger diameter for ease of finger entrance and now you can reverse it and for most people, use your thumb as well. The handle is not just leather-wrapped steel like before. This one has a wooden handle riveted on the steel on both sides and then the leather is twisted over the wood. This gives a much more fully secure grip and overall, the piece feels much more substantial and delivers a better impact. They feel so much better in the hand. As you can see the P.C.P.S. logo is engraved on one side and the full-color rose on the other, matching the sword and naga fighter blade. Each one has a quick-release black, all leather belt holster with the spear protector included in the price. Later this year i will produce a new fon jerng inspired keris – knife dvd which will include and be applicable to this mini axe as well. Of course, our poison hand short striking instructional dvd is also a perfect compliment. Just use the moves with the combat axe in the hand for self-defense practice.
